Commercial Fire in UP Under Investigation

At approximately 6:20 a.m., West Pierce Fire & Rescue was dispatched to a commercial fire at 4606 Bridgeport Way W in University Place.  Crews arrived to find smoke coming from both stories of the structure, which housed office space.

The fire was under control within 45 minutes and the cause is under investigation by the Pierce County Fire Marshal’s Office.
