West Pierce Fire & Rescue offers various public education efforts throughout the community, including CPR and babysitting classes, fireworks information, car seat inspection schedules, and other various safety information. Links on this page may change periodically based on upcoming events and classes being held.

Carbon monoxide alarms are very important to have in the home.  Do you have one?

Do you know what kind of smoke alarm you have in your home?
With so many on the market, be sure to Know Your Alarm! Know Your Battery!  Still need help with your smoke alarms?  Are they more than 10 years old?  Are they working?  Do you have one in and outside each sleeping area?  If not, please give us a call!  Our grant-funded smoke alarm program allows us to come to your home to assess your smoke alarm needs, then replace or install any alarms you may need.  Please call 253.983.4583 to schedule an appointment.
