Introduction to Disaster Preparedness

This presentation will offer an introduction to disaster preparedness. The difference between a disaster and an emergency will be defined and focus will be placed on disasters most likely to affect our local area. Reasons to prepare and an introduction on how to prepare will be shared in addition to discussion of programs and training available through West Pierce Fire & Rescue. The event is open to the public.
